At different times in our lives, we may need to seek additional support to help us maneuver through difficult life transitions and/or to cope with challenging experiences, emotions and patterns. Choosing to participate in counselling can help people to develop new skills, gain insight and self-awareness and participate in life in more meaningful and satisfying ways.
